1. How do I request a quote?

You are able to call, text, email, use the contact form below or message us on social media to request a quote. We always ask for photos if possible for us to quote from, your location and if there are any access issues. If we are unable to provide a quote from any photos that you have sent us then we will arrange a time to come and provide a quote in person. All quote prices include waste disposal fees and a waste transfer note and are valid for 7 days from the date of quote.

2. What areas do you cover?

For clearances we cover all locations within Norfolk, and appliance and scrap collections in North Norfolk and Breckland boundaries. If you are not sure if we will come to you, please feel free to contact us to discuss.

3. What items don’t you take?

We do not take fridge/freezers, old television sets or appliances that contain gas, marley tiles, asbestos, food waste, fluid or liquids, oil or paint and any form of hazardous or medical waste.

4. Do you hold a waste carrier licence?

Yes, we do and our licence numbers are CBDU127177, SMDC 0032, and SMC06. It is a legal requirement for those who dispose of waste to hold a licence therefore before you book anyone to take yours, it is imperative to check that the person you are using holds one as well.

5. Will I receive a waste transfer note?

Yes, you do. Regardless of what item we collect, clear or dispose of, you will be provided with all of the correct and legal paperwork. All quote prices include the fee for this.

6. How much do you charge?

Prices really are dependent on the job, which is why we tailor individual quote prices to your specific requirements. We do have a £60 minimum service charge, please contact us for further information as this can be job specific and vary depending on your waste and requirements.

7. How do I pay?

You are able to pay on the day via cash, debit or credit card, or you can do a BACS transfer, or cheque after the job is completed once an invoice is sent out to you via post.

8. What happens once you have completed my clearance?

We try to reuse, and recycle as much of your clearance as we can to avoid sending it to landfill. Therefore, we will make a conscious effort to donate items to charity, or find other sustainable ways to reuse what we can. If we are unable to do this, then we responsibly dispose of the waste in the correct way at local recycling centres.

9. How do I request a free scrap collection?

You are able to request your free scrap collection by contacting us via telephone, social media or contact form with your location, and what item you would like us to collect. We will then inform you of the date we will come and collect it. We advise not to leave the item in sight as it is likely to be stolen and it will mean a wasted journey for ourselves.

10. What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours do vary throughout the year. However, we operate Monday- Friday 8-5 pm as standard.
