We also know that you need to be confident when we are removing your waste. We have years of experience and are fully licenced. We provide a waste transfer note for every clearance that we do. We are very knowledgeable in the county’s rules and regulations.
We aim to recycle and reuse as much of your clearance as we possibly can and in doing so reduce what we are sending to landfill. Our aim is to carry on improving our recycle rate % to ensure we are being as sustainable as possible.

We are very experienced when it comes to house clearances, whether it is an end of tenancy clearance, or perhaps you need to clear a loved one’s flat, then we can help. We do not just offer house/flat clearances, but also garage and barn clearances also.

Appliance Removal
We know how it is, you get a new oven and you are not quite sure what to do with the old one? Or you’ve been meaning to get rid of the trampoline that has seen better days for months now but you don’t really know how or even where to take it.
We have the solution. We provide a free, yes, FREE scrap and electrical appliance collection service in the North Norfolk and Breckland area.
Below are all the items we do and do not take, we will then come to your door and collect and provide you with a waste transfer note for all North Norfolk collections! Simple!
We are very proud that a large percentage of all appliances are then sent off to be refurbished and used again, which reduces our carbon footprint. Please do get in touch for more information regarding this.

Garden Clearances
Whether it is a general tidy up, or a complete overhaul we clear gardens of general garden waste, rubbish, furniture, old tools, ornaments, old garden toys and sheds. We have now to date completed a number of shed removals on site (with or without contents), and many have been successfully reused.
It may be that you are planning some garden work, so we are able to also provide you with one ton builders bags for you to fill with building or garden waste such as grass trimmings and we will collect once the work has been completed from a pre agreed and convenient location from your property.
No matter what you need, we are here to help you get your garden looking its best.
Furniture Clearances
We understand that it isn’t always straightforward when trying to clear some unwanted furniture. Many will not have the means of transport to dispose of a large sofa, or wall unit. You may face high costs to disposed of the items. We can provide you with the easy solution to remove any unwanted furniture, including multiple items and full house clearances that avoids the expensive costs of a skip or removal company, as well as eliminate the need for it to be sitting on your property.
We aim to recycle as much as we can, this may be donating items to charity, or reusing them again. All furniture clearances are carried out with our expert two man team, and you are issued with a waste transfer note after the items have been cleared.
We have now completed many house clearances for those who have had a family member move into a home or passed away and you can be safe in the knowledge of being treated with our up most respect and sensitivity. We want to make this as easy as possible for you in which may be a difficult time.
Construction Waste Removal
Have you recently had some renovation work done? Or perhaps had a new extension built on your property? Justin Steward Clearances and Recycling understand how to dispose of construction waste responsibly and correctly. We collect; glass, plastic, timber, concrete, soil, plasterboard, bricks, cardboard and cement waste. We must stress that we do not remove ‘Marley tiles’ or asbestos for health and safety reasons.
